Terms of Service

that the seller (not GoHaveFun) is the merchant of record via Stripe
Connect, acceptable use, refunds/cancellations, liability, and termination.
1. The service
GoHaveFun provides hosted ticketing and a branded booking page that organisers ("sellers") use to sell tickets to their own events.
2. Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe and settle to the seller's own connected Stripe account. GoHaveFun is not the merchant of record and does not hold seller funds.
3. Acceptable use
Sellers are responsible for the events they list and for complying with applicable law. Fraudulent or prohibited use may result in suspension.
